Delivery Information for Imperial Equestrian Ltd
If you place an order before 1 pm on a weekday and the item is in stock we will despatch your order that same day. Other orders are despatched on the next working day or asap but we will keep you informed. Orders will be despatched Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays.
UK postal addresses are shipped by Royal Mail, or courier depending on the size and weight of the order, all services require a signature. As items are normally in stock.
At the present time, Royal Mail is staging strike action and there may be a delay in the next-day special delivery service we offer.
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be available to accept it because many of our parcels require a signature upon delivery or simply will not fit through your letterbox. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbor, or place of work if it is more convenient for you. In this case, please ensure you use the alternative address when placing your order.
If no one is available to accept your order, a notice will be posted in your letterbox to explain how you can arrange redelivery or collection.
All orders over £100 to UK postal address will have FREE postage.
Extra charges will apply for enhanced services such as Special Delivery if required. Royal mail next day service is only available Monday - Thursday and orders must be received before 3 pm to allow time to be processed, otherwise, they will be shipped the following working day.
Imperial Equestrian is able to deliver to all countries.
All European and other Overseas Countries - Customs and Duties
Postage will be calculated at checkout as this will depend on the weight and delivery location. We ship to Europe, the USA, Canada, New Zealand.
Imperial Equestrian is able to deliver to all countries; however, the postage and timescales will vary depending on the location, size and weight of your order.
As a buyer, you are responsible for any duty, VAT, taxes, Handling fees or customs clearance charges etc that are required by your country for importing consumer goods.
We are unable to collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world. It is normal procedure for the delivery company to contact you for payment before delivering your goods, although this may vary with different couriers and countries.
We recommend that international customers do research before purchasing goods to ensure that there are no surprise charges when clearing your delivery through customs.
Please contact your local postal or customs office for more information if you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges.
It is your full responsibility to verify the duties and customs charges and procedures in your country before placing your order. You are responsible for complying with international, national or local laws regulating the importing of goods that you may purchase.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and charges at the time of delivery, your order will be returned to us and we will be unable to issue a refund for the shipment costs.
